Opening a Prism Account

Contributions to Prism can be made as often as the donor wishes. They can be made in the form of cash, shares, property or art. Donors can make regular payments through their bank and can decide where grants are made.  Prism takes care of all the record keeping and administration.  Quarterly statements show the status of the donor's account and where the donations have gone. Annual statements detail the tax the donor is eligible to claim back from HMRC.

Donations to Prism can be made directly from the donor's bank, by cheque or by standing order.  Prism has both a UK bank account and an offshore bank account.  We are open to individuals and organisations who can commit a minimum of £5,000 a year and retain 2-5% of gift-aided donations for our services.  Other costs such as the monitoring and evaluation of grants will depend upon the donor's requirements.
